How do I know how large my cake needs to be?
We have developed a Cake Cutting Guide specific to our cake sizes and styles. Please click here for our most popular sizes. If you do not see your size available, please include the number of servings you need on the Custom Cake Form and one of our team members will get back with you.
Why does the price vary on custom cakes?
On the cake cutting guide, we list the base price for each size cake. There is additional costs based on the level of decor for each cake. Creating a unique design often requires additional communication and planning to ensure specific design elements are just right for your cake.
Can you make this cake I found on Pinterest?
We are happy to use images found on other sites for inspiration for your cake. Unfortunately we cannot ensure exact replicas of any cakes - sometimes even our own! Each cake is custom made for you by an experienced decorator and no two cakes are exactly alike.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
We request 1 week in advance notice on custom orders. If you are within the that window and still need a cake, don’t panic. We offer a variety of styles and flavors of cake that we keep stocked in our case everyday. We also have cake toppers, candles, and other decor to customize your cake specifically for your event.
Do you make fondant cakes?
No, we do not make full fondant cakes or sculpted fondant toppers. In order to provide the best tasting cake at the best price we work in American buttercream for our decor. We use fondant as accents in simple shapes or to help stabilize images. If you would like the look of a fondant topper and the taste of a Campbell’s cake, you are welcome to order one from another company, and we will happily add it to your cake. There are many options online but make sure you give yourself enough time. Many take 2-3 weeks from receipt of order as these are specialty items.
